#2 - Family

Family has always been important to me. It's a bizarre family, but they always care and are willing to help when they think the need is apprioprate. My family has been a resource I have found useful in many occasions.

I do not look at my parents like most people. I do not whine about who I was given as parents. Do I hate my parents? No I hate the things that they did. The complicated crap that they put our family through. They raised us the best way that they could with what they were going through and what they had. Just like most parents.

People talk about how crappy their parents were and that may all in well be true, however, remember that at least you have parents. Many people would work with their parents instead of working against their parents to just have parents.

I find myself thinking about my future a lot here lately. I want to be an amazing dad and provider for my wife and kids. I do not want the goverment paying for my crap. It's wasteful. Have some pride for your country and quite taking it's money. Yes they take ours because we are too lazy. Quit having babies out of marriage and quit doing stupid things at work and then expecting the government to pay for it.

I want my children to work for their money and have a faith in God the Father. He has been helping me so much in the past few months. God and I work out my schedule in pencil and then I let His will be done from there on out. He and I have talked about my want for a boy since I was 16. Yeah, I'm probably the only guy that at 16 wanted 9 kids.

God let me realize how I wanted that baby boy. He put it within reach and then let that dream be my brother's. It was then that I realized what God was doing. I have to live fully for God or God will punish me. It's that simple. Sex outside of marriage? Yeah I did it then thought I was going to have my baby boy and turns it out it wasn't mine. God nodded at me and said "See there what that got you."

Family is a gift from God. Just like life is a gift as well. People think that once they get married that they have their own family. Not true you just continued from your own family. Even as an adult you are suppose honor your mother and father. It's not always easy but it's true.
